Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you”) and Global InTech AS, organisasjonsnummer NO 935 706 998, Røo 95, 5457 Høylandsbygd, Norway (“QNNEAL,” “we,” “us”). By accessing or using the QNNEAL platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you are using the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

QNNEAL is a quantum-enhanced agentic AI optimization platform that provides intelligent multi-provider routing, workflow orchestration, and cost optimization for AI workloads. The platform routes requests across 69+ AI providers and uses quantum annealing algorithms to optimize model selection, token usage, and cost efficiency.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Team and Multi-Seat Access: QNNEAL supports team-based access with role-based permissions. Account owners and administrators may invite additional team members via email. Each invited member receives a unique account with an assigned role (Admin, Developer, or Viewer). The inviting organization is responsible for managing member access and permissions. Team invitations expire after 7 days if not accepted.

Role Responsibilities: Owners bear full responsibility for their organization’s use of the platform, including the actions of team members. Administrators may manage users, API keys, and configurations. Developers may create API keys and use the gateway. Viewers have read-only access. All role changes are logged in the audit trail.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform.
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform’s infrastructure or other users’ access.
• Use the platform to transmit malicious code, spam, or harmful content.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the platform without written authorization.
• Use the platform to process data that violates third-party intellectual property rights.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as specified in your selected plan. All prices are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Applicable taxes (including Norwegian MVA/VAT) will be added where required by law.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods, except where required by Norwegian consumer protection law (Forbrukerkjøpsloven) for consumer users exercising their right of withdrawal within 14 days of purchase.

We strive to maintain 99.9% platform uptime. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party AI providers, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

• Your Data: You retain all rights to the data you submit to the platform, including prompts, configurations, and workflow definitions. We process your data solely to provide the service and do not use it to train our own models.
• Our Platform: The QNNEAL platform, including its software, algorithms, design, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Global InTech AS and is protected by Norwegian and international intellectual property laws.
• Feedback: If you provide suggestions or feedback about the platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use that feedback to improve our services.

The QNNEAL platform routes requests to third-party AI providers. Your use of these providers through our platform is also subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the output, accuracy, or availability of third-party AI models.

To the maximum extent permitted by Norwegian law:

• Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory Norwegian law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Global InTech AS from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the platform, or your violation of any third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees when due, or engage in conduct that we reasonably believe is harmful to the platform or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. You may request an export of your data within 30 days of termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Norway. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved through the Norwegian courts. For consumer users residing in the EU/EEA, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence shall apply where they provide greater protection.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
